Join Allison Sobel on Monday evenings to explore meditation & mindfulness techniques and other self-care strategies to help skillfully navigate & enjoy your life more fully!

We are in an extraordinary time. People are feeling isolated, lonely, scared, anxious, confused, etc. There are so many emotions going on right now and it can be difficult to navigate. It’s my hope to offer a way to relieve some of those experiences and navigate our lives more effortlessly. There’s significant power in group meditations.
