I am passionate about providing simple and effective tools for creating sustainable peace in our fast-paced, hectic and chaotic lifestyle.  It is my hope to offer many opportunities to help you cultivate a sustainable meditation practice. I currently teach private individual or small group sessions, corporate clients and teacher trainings.

What is Meditation

It is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence, a journey to emotional freedom. It’s not about forcing the mind to be quiet; it’s finding the silence that’s already there. Silence is the birthplace of happiness, creativity and infinite possibilities, where we get our bursts of inspiration and intuitive thoughts, and deepest sense of connection to the Universe. Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment. Meditation is a journey to the center of our very being; a journey to emotional freedom; and a journey to the reawakening of our unconditioned self.

Allison Sobel also offers Primordial Sound Meditation. Learn to meditate easily and successfully in a program developed by Deepak Chopra, M.D. & David Simon, M.D. in a meditation workshop or a personal one-on-one session led by Allison Sobel.
